Welcome to Webliquid Studio. By accessing or using our website webliquidstudio.com and enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or enrolling in any course at Webliquid Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Services

Webliquid Studio provides professional training courses in Animation, VFX, Video Editing, Film Making, Graphic Designing, Motion Graphics, Cinematography, Photography and AI Tools. Our services include classroom training, lab access, mentorship, portfolio development and placement assistance at our Chandigarh campus.

3. Enrolment & Fees

• Enrolment is confirmed only after payment of the applicable course fee or the first instalment.
• Course fees are subject to change without prior notice. The fee applicable at the time of enrolment will apply to your batch.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate refund policy.
• Instalment plans, if offered, must be followed as agreed. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of access to classes and labs.

4. Attendance & Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to remain eligible for certification and placement assistance.
• Students must follow the institute's code of conduct, including respectful behaviour towards faculty, staff and fellow students.
• Any form of harassment, cheating, plagiarism or misconduct may result in immediate termination of enrolment without refund.
• Students are responsible for the proper use and care of institute equipment and lab facilities. Damage caused by negligence will be charged to the student.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, content, videos, presentations and resources provided by Webliquid Studio are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright laws.
• Students may not record, reproduce, distribute or share course materials without prior written permission.
• Student work created during the course remains the intellectual property of the student. However, Webliquid Studio reserves the right to use student work for promotional purposes with appropriate credit, unless the student opts out in writing.

6. Certification

Upon successful completion of a course with the required attendance and project submissions, students will receive a Webliquid Studio certificate. This certificate is issued by Webliquid Studio and is recognised across the Indian animation, VFX and media industry.

7. Placement Assistance

• Webliquid Studio provides placement assistance, not guaranteed placement. We connect portfolio-ready students with hiring partners across the industry.
• Placement assistance is available only to students who have completed their course, achieved required attendance and submitted a portfolio-ready showreel or project.
• The final hiring decision rests with the employing company. Webliquid Studio is not responsible for job offers, salary negotiations or employment terms.

8. Website Use

• You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, servers or databases.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Webliquid Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the course fee paid by you.

10. Cancellation & Refund

• Course cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of enrolment.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting administrative charges and any classes already attended.
• No refund will be provided after 7 days of enrolment or after attending more than 3 classes, whichever is earlier.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
